JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Recruitment Management

• Understand department’s needs, provide the suitable employees and right jobs, and be accordance with company culture
• Oversee Recruiting/Training members, execute full selection procedures, including phone screening, assessments, in-person interviews, and offers
• Source, attract potential candidates through various channels and select the talented & appropriate employees
• Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles to save hiring costs
• Follow up newcomers after recruitment to make sure they adopt fluently to the new team and environment
• Promote employer branding activities
• Make & review presentation contents to external

B. Make the connection to Universities & Colleges

• Make plans to contact with Universities & Colleges
• Implement & attend the seminars, events, Job fair etc.
• Identify and focus good students for internship programs to seek the talented employees

C. Training

• Suggest yearly training plan and cooperate with departments to implement training
• Coordinate and manage internal & external training programs, employee training records
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each training

D. Others

• Develop and review HR policy & Regulations
• Review of application & control the budget
• All other duties as required by superior

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Language: Proficiency in English (preference given to candidates having equivalent certificates)
• Experience: At least 04 years of experience in Recruitment & Training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and negotiation, leadership skills, problem-solving skills

OTHER INFORMATION

• Working hours: 7:15 - 17:00, Mon - Fri
• Working place: Road No 2, Long Binh Techno Park, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
