· - Content creation:

+ Hand-on: Presentation, brand description, brand information

+ Outbound email marketing, inbound email marketing, promotion, OTA information

+ Press release, blog post, web product content, flyer, brochure, presentation, e-news, articles…

+ Content for all collaterals/ MKT materials of Sales & Operation from the briefs

+ Prepare regular blog content according to the website theme

- Prepare correspondence forms, applications, forms, commercial documents

+ Internal: Open letter, notice letter, incident, form, program registration form…

+ External: Thank you letter, welcome letter, proposal, trade/event, meet & greet letter…

- Write and implement video script content

- Support Marketing team in offline events such as gala events, trade shows, press conferences

- Support relevant departments in coming up with content ideas for seasonal Room/ Services sales programs

- In charge of all Social Media activities for assigned properties

- Ads: In charge of Facebook advertising for assigned properties

- Database: Responsible for the online presence of assigned properties

+ Images + videos: Regularly update Google Drive archive

+ Document: Update award registration files, related information

- Press/ KOLs/ KOCs Collaboration: Intermediary contact between press, KOLs and assigned properties

- Communicate with hotel teams to update information on site, clarify request information…

- Respond to reviews on TripAdvisor + handle bad reviews from OTA channels (with guidance from the Director)

- Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong experience in content creation and management

• Knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, social media management

• Excellent writing skills in both Vietnamese & English

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
