Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team and help optimize the data infrastructure for the RTA Nova Platform. You will work closely with software engineers and data scientists to design and implement scalable data pipelines, enabling efficient real-time data processing and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement scalable data pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Work closely with data scientists to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data for analytics and AI/ML use cases
• Optimize data storage and data processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources and systems
• Maintain and continuously improve data infrastructure to support platform growth and AI initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer
• Hands-on experience working with AI-related systems, such as:
• Data pipelines supporting AI/ML models
• AI-driven analytics or real-time data processing for AI applications
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, data processing, and data optimization
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers and data scientists
• Fluent English communication skills
