- Coordinator will use available customer routing guide tools to: + Ensure the correct service level and carrier are always used for shipments. + Communicate to the responsible parties when deviation occurred. + Provide recommendations to the shipment requestor on the best service level while taking into consideration the shipper needs. - Reply to all internal and external stakeholders' service inquiries: + E-Mail + Phone: Immediate Response + E-Mail only: Evaluation and Prioritization of the e-mail within two hours monitor the process from start to end and drive accountability from carriers and customs brokers. LLP will manage every shipment diligently and provide real time shipment status and solutions when required to customer LOM and customer' stakeholders - Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) transmission from carriers' system to customer's system, follow up with carrier until closure, escalate and work with the system owner if any issue encountered to ensure all PODs are timely recognized. - Will lead executions and planning for unique customer delivery request as needed. This includes tracking delivery as well as communicate timely on progress to LOM and relevant stakeholders. - For all defined events such as, but not limited to, customer's quarter end, Customers' quarter end, public holidays and factory shutdowns, coordinator is expected to play a critical role in managing and planning uplift capacity, stakeholders' communication and carry out flawless execution in order to maximize customer revenues and prevent customer's production impact. - Execute robust document archiving process (On-Site specific) and meet customer's record keeping and Legal requirements. - Support to obtain import/export licenses as needed and follow compliance requirement to record and manage shipments. - Manage all incoming shipping documents information by capturing key information into SPT system and scan image related to customs shipping documents. - Perform customer invoice swapping and price masking according to customer's requirements

- At least 2-5 year of working experience in field of Logistics, Transportation and International Freight Operations (Air/Sea/Courier/Land) Operations in Technology Sector. - Working experiences in 4PL environment, Key Account Management, and Program will be an advantage. - Good communication in English & Vietnamese - Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, analytical and problem solving skills - Must be knowledgeable in computer skills (including but not limited to Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
