What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute organization wide initiatives to enrich the overall employee journey and cultivate positive employee experience at the Vietnam office including, but not limited to:
- Keeper of the Culture: Ensure Vietnam is represented in, and engages with, all Global Rhythm of Business mechanisms such as Company Kick-Off, Aim Far, Axon Week, All-Hands and works with the owners of those mechanisms to design Vietnam into the plan while leading all local culture events.
- Intentional Travel Program, including budget management, for Axon Cross-Office Engagement & customer experience.
- Immersive Customer Experience Program: Bridge the geographic gap between Vietnam employees and customers by creating opportunities for deeper customer exposure.
- Program Management of other Strategic Vietnam Leadership Council Initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Culture Team to integrate local engagement efforts with Axon-wide initiatives while adapting them to Vietnam’s unique needs.
- Own high-bandwidth communication with senior leaders to ensure visibility and influence of the Vietnam office within Axon’s global leadership:
- Represent Vietnam’s key office KPIs in regular office updates to executives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with global leaders, ensuring strategic priorities are well understood and supported.
- Foster leadership engagement with the office and with key global leaders across Axon
- Build data-driven business cases for new projects to cultivate positive employee experience and lead all program management aspects from business case pitching for approval through program execution and validation of success metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination of all logistical elements for program running, including budgets, timelines, vendor management, and communications.
- Develop key metrics to measure the success of engagement programs, analyze outcomes, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Perform other duties that contribute to building a thriving and dynamic office culture.
- 3+ years of experience driving cultural, engagement, or customer experience programs in employee engagement, marketing, customer success, or similar roles.
- A strong track record of successful project execution and strong project management skills. Experience working independently to lead large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders taking them to completion
- Proficient in English (IELTS >= 7.5 or native required spoken/written)
- Thrive on creative problem-solving, finding solutions where others may not.
- An excellent and energetic communicator who can articulate concepts clearly, engage different stakeholders from employee groups to executive leaders, own crisp and clear executive communications, and erase ambiguity between stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, operating autonomously and efficiently.
- Strong ability to understand a high-level issue and conduct root cause data-driven analysis to understand concerns

Trung tâm Anh ngữ Axon English được thành lập năm 2017 với mục tiêu đào tạo thế hệ mầm non, thế hệ tương lai, nguồn nhân lực chất luợng cao của Việt Nam. Với phương pháp dạy Persionalized Learning và phương pháp sử dụng hình ảnh trực quan cùng ngôn ngữ cử chỉ, các bé được phát triển ngôn ngữ và tư duy một cách nhanh chóng. Trong suốt quá trình học, giáo viên theo sát và xây dựng chương trình phù hợp với năng lực của từng bé. Không chỉ là ngôn ngữ, tại Axon English bé còn đươc phát triển các kỹ năng giao tiếp linh hoạt, tư duy tích cực và thói quen tốt. Để từ đó bé tự tin, mạnh dạn, và phản ứng nhanh trong giao tiếp và trong học tập; điều mà các học sinh Việt Nam thường mắc phải. Đội ngũ giảng viên
