Glints is seeking a talented individual to join our Vietnam Cross Border team as a Talent Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in building and consulting our vibrant talent community across APAC. What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements, with a primary emphasis on serving international clients throughout APAC
• Connect with candidates and learn about their career goals
• Source potential candidates and help build our talent community
• Shortlist candidates and connect them with clients
• Manage multiple hiring processes, guide candidates, and gather feedback

Who We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience working in recruitment or headhunting
• A people-oriented individual with a high emotional quotient (EQ)
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and fluency in Chinese and English are essential
• People person with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in a startup environment and adaptable to change
