• Provide technical consultation and support for PTMG products.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support market development in assigned regions: Research customer needs and requirements & Provide potential customer lists to the Sales department.
• Manage and conduct laboratory tests: - Support internal experiments or tests requested by customers.
• Manage laboratory tools, chemicals, equipment, and testing data.
• Participate in research and development of Polyurethane properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business Management, or other related fields.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical consulting.
Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of Polyurethane is a strong advantage.
• Passion for technical research and interest in consulting and business support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good health, logical thinking, diligence, and eagerness to learn.
• Good English communication skills; Korean proficiency is a plus.
