- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and health regulations in chemical production activities, while minimizing risks and improving working conditions
- Develop, implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policies in accordance with legal regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA...)
- Monitor occupational safety, occupational health and environmental risk management at the factory
- Assess environmental impacts of waste and chemical treatment management and compliance with wastewater treatment regulations
- Organize training programs on occupational safety, emergency response and environmental protection for employees
- Investigate occupational accidents, environmental incidents and propose preventive measures
- Coordinate with management agencies (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Fire Prevention and Fighting Department...) to serve inspection and compliance reporting.
- Implement and execute EHS improvement initiatives, provide risk mitigation measures, and improve overall safety performance.

- Candidates with no experience will be trained.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
