Research:
Pro-actively understand full categories and feed Vietnam market inquiries, category and consumer requirements, from U&A to insight and platform innovation projects.
Active Portfolio/ Product Development:
Develop and implement the 12 - 24 months portfolio roadmap including product range, brand and quality build, value delivery to consumers.
Plan Do Check Action:
Management of competitors tracking bi-monthly for MT, GT and Ecom platforms.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of product new launch, sales & marketing improvement, new development and renovation programs.
Product Expertise:
- Management of product training for sales, with the ambition to understand and share the key points of success in terms of sales listing, winning approaching map and USP-RTB to consumer.
Timeline Management:
- Lead the NPD master timeline and successful co-operation with key departments internally.
- Manage the outsource and internal contact windows in PD process and advanced procedure to ensure the lead time for sales & marketing launching in different regions.
MKT 360-degree Activities Proposal:
- Strength in MKT and Brand proposal with thoughtful utilization of both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to build up the reasonable actions to inform future plans.
- Confidence in planning, execution and active items price check, especially cost efficiency management in every project to be planned and done.
- Work with communication team and BOD to ensure single minded message is created in line with IMC plan and brand building communication plan and category needs.
- Organization of Events and ATL, BTL activities.
- Brainstorm meeting for creative ideas, or quick consumers test, product test internally.
Digital & Ecommerce platforms:
- Management of website and fan-page, ensure the content direction is strong, saleable and design style guide is trendy, attractive and consistent with brand campaigns, from digital platforms to ecommerce presence.
- Co-work with Senior team to develop convincing Content direction, Promotional campaigns, Livestream - Up-sales and up-to-date activities on pages, master of shop mall' s merchandising factors and visibility improvement continuously.
- Explore new trial in a variety of platforms including ecommerce partners: IG, TikTok shop, Tiki...
- Work directly with design team to brainstorm, do style guide and full brief of design for every campaign.
Brand Strategy:
- Represent consumer insights, brand choice for different channels and brand keys.
- Ensure brand consistency with product quality on the cross functional team.
- Develop the creation of ATL & BTL activities based on in-depth understanding of local tastes.
- Assist in brand long-term positioning and strategy, the innovation projects, the creation of effective media plans and channels.
Product Listing Presentation:
- Support sales team to present the company profile and NPD induction to MT and CVS store chains.
Events Operation:
- Coordinate with General Affairs and HR departments to promote the best concept of Customer Convention; Company Tour; Year end party; CSR activities; Environment protection campaigns...
Others:
- Other MKT rationale tracking and ad-hoc tasks from BOD, NSM and MM.

1. BA in Consumer Marketing, Business administration, Communication, PR or related fields...
2. 05+ years of FMCG experience at the same level in Brand Marketing field, with decision making level of Brand Manager position.
3. Proven experience in project, campaign management and innovation development to deliver assigned works on-time.
4. Strong tasks involved with Marketing 4P, ATL, BTL proposal.
5. Ability to quick updates of latest marketing trend and best practices.
6. Passion in diversification of MKT functions: market research, media planning, data analysis, brand power strategy, communication plan, events execution and multiple projects handling at a time.
7. Handle high pressure, details and fast changing business environment.
8. Familiar with sales business trip, fieldwork nationwide, distribution & trade MKT analysis.
9. Ability to maximize or utilize the personal hobbies to work levels (events in charge).
10. Budget management and KPI follower.
11. Ability to work flexibly in multi-cultural working facilities.
12. High sense of responsibility, integrity and honesty.
13. Passion in both Digital MKT skills updates and Traditional MKT winning studies

Công ty TNHH NTPM (Việt Nam) là công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài có xuất xứ từ Malaysia. NTPM là nhà sản xuất lớn nhất và cũng là công ty dẫn đầu thị trường khăn giấy tại Malaysia. NTPM không chỉ sản xuất và bán các sản phẩm khăn giấy mà còn chuyên sản xuất và bán các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân như tã giấy, khăn ướt, băng vệ sinh và các sản phẩm từ cotton nữa.
Năm 2013, NTPM đã xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất tại Bình Dương và đến năm 2014, công ty bắt đầu bán các sản phẩm khăn giấy bán thành phẩm như khăn giấy cuộn jumbo và khăn giấy cuộn lớn. Trong năm 2016 và đến nay, tất cả các loại khăn giấy và các sản phẩm liên quan đến khăn giấy như giấy vệ sinh cuộn, khăn bếp, khăn lau tay, khăn giấy gói, khăn bỏ túi, khăn giấy rút, … đã được sản xuất và phân phối trên khắp Việt Nam và cho thị trường quốc nội
Bước sang năm 2021, Công ty TNHH NTPM (Việt Nam) cũng đã bắt đầu kinh doanh các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân như tã giấy và khăn lau dành cho trẻ em.
