We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our APAC commercial team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales and partnership activities in the APAC region. This position is based in Hanoi and requires frequent travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnership Support

• Attend/host/coordinate events and build relationships with partners.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current and potential partners.

Sales Support

• Lead Management: Track potential customers through the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and assist in all stages of the sales cycle, from pre-sales to closing deals.
• Data Management: Keep customer data organized in our CRM. Update contact info, record sales interactions, and track preferences.
• Customer Service and Communication: Be the link between the sales team and customers. Handle inquiries, provide product info, and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Administrative Support: Organize and schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and manage documents.
• Sales Planning and Strategy Assistance: Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Provide insights to help shape sales approaches and tactics, making them more effective and targeted.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Fluency in English is required (minimum IELTS score of 7.0), with preference given to candidates experienced in English-speaking work environments
• 2-3 years of work experience
• A strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity.
• Ability to handle rejection.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Good at data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
