Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care: • Focus is on the success of the team/function, balancing obtainment of short and long term goals. Responsible for delivering against goals within budget. Advocates and positively impacts the success of our people.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience • Over 5 years of people management experience and 5+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; professional certification preferred. • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams, resolve conflicts, and set clear goals • Highly skilled in coordinating with vendors and different resourcing teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and maintaining a positive working relationship • Must strong hands-on experience with full life cycle of software development. • Knowledgeable on Devops/DevSecops, cloud computing (AWS). • Nice to have experience with utilizing product analytics tool like GA, Segment, Heap and A/B testing tool. • Nice to have strong hands-on experience with micro-service design and development. • Strong experience with production troubleshooting, monitoring • Experience with building and managing a team at least 30 engineers. • Managing engineering performance with detailed metrics/KPIs. • Proficient in English is must.
