- Manage- finish goods after producing about quality, quantity, storage at warehouse.
- Define - and maintain the plan for Final audit
- Coordinate - with relative departments to solve, analyze the nonconformities at Final audit. Create - the A3-report (if need), evaluate and follow effectiveness of action (Core team)
- Define - the specific, visual aids about the defect part, WI, form, records.
- Define - IPQC audit activities process inline.
- Conduct - Training knowledge, skill, and leading inspector in line
- Create - specific, visual aids for nonconformity parts in line
- Coordinate - with relate departments to solve nonconformity / abnormal issue in line.
- Perform - QRQC, lead, conduct and maintain QRQC activities with related Team (Production, Engineer,...) and follow up the action.
- Conduct - analyse the defective part and prepare for the analysis report and lesson learnt.
- Coordinate - with customer complain team while complaint solving (Re-produce, risk assessment, database process,...)
- Assist - to make 8D report with customer complain team if needed.
- Support - Engineering / Project Quality team in project phase: Validation process, trial run, control line and finish goods inspect, document updating and approval, risk assessment.
- Participate - to analyze the defected part, issue in line
- Handle - to review and approve WI, control plan, form,….
- Define - and update the quality document at area managed.
- Advice - to Production, Engineering to create document.
- Ensure - to fullfill and Control data record at area management
- Manage - blocked stock inhouse and return.
- Define - the sorting/ rework method and manage this activities with related department (Engineering, Production,...)together.
- Conduct - scrap the finish goods after sorting/ rework.
- Lead - inspector in line and training, arrange, motivate and evaluate inspector under you manage
- Ensure - MSA for inspector and inspection operator fullfill.
- Define - MSA test process.
- Propose - for continuance improvement activities and Implement with related department (Production, Engineering,….)
- Manage - in line change management: Coordinate and Ensure that Change management in line is implemented as process.
- Support- for external audit and internal audit
