*Working location: Lot 21, Road 8, Dien Nam Dien Ngoc Industrial Zone, Dien Ngoc, Dien Ban, Quang Nam, Vietnam

I. Position responsibilities:

- Develop and ensure master timing for project team from awarded until mass production(+6 months)

- Lead the project's execution with results driven specially enforce the criteria and decide the transferring between phases (with Quality Gates specially Design Review and Line Release)

- Coordinate multiple team to have profitability figures of projects and together with Cost controller to protect project's profitability until mass production (+6 months)

- Ensure Project Management ZOHO system is up-to-date with latest status and project documentation

- Manage internal & external stakeholders communication, anticipate, identify and effectively deals with problems/conflict(by Project QRQC activities).

- Ensure customer interface and commitment for milestones, delivery, escalation and risk

- Chair, facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

- Manage project change control

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Report weekly to management about assigned project status, roadblock with actions plan and escalation as needed

- Conduct other tasks appointed by APAC Sales & Project Manager

- Defining priorities according to situation, context and direction received from management

- Reporting timely to upper with clearly presented data

- Decision scope: can make decision follow Project management under area of responsibility

- Education: Suitable Bachelor Degree in Project Management fields or Engineering fields, Background of technical Project Management

- Experience:

+ Relevant experience in Production, R&D, Quality for manufacturing industry, especially in New Project Introduction (NPI).

+ At least 3 year experience in job related to Project Management especially in manufacturing field is a must.

- Skills: English (advanced), Leadership, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving

- Priority: PMP Certificate, Technical knowledge in general and Premo products, ZOHO Project, Gantt Chart
