Responsible for overseeing the relocation process and locating suitable neighborhoods for the client’s house (from searching to contracting, settling, and moving out), children's school requirements, transportation (car purchasing/ selling), and all other: visa, work permit, and TRC, Medicare. Job description - Interpreting among Koreans and Vietnamese for President Director - Attend and translate in the meeting with Partners/Clients, record the Minutes of Meeting - Handle the client’s document preparation of all: visas, work permits, and TRC, including Medicare, flight info or so. - Handle hotel info search, short-term or long-term stays, such as house searching service, contracting, and payment settlement. Must also help to negotiate with property owners, suppliers, and other agents to secure the most efficient accommodation service for the client. - To take care of children's school search requirements. - To handle transportation (car purchasing/ selling process of all including payment settlement) service, including car parking space and monthly driver payment or so. - The Relocation Consultant is primarily on hand to answer any queries that the client may have about the moving process, including cost/ settlement. - Banking service (bank car application) and coordination with another department for admin services: laptop, working space, and so on.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient computer skills and outstanding note-taking skills. • Proficient pronunciation skills and pleasant, professional voice. • Ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. • Be able to have prompt action/ response to meet deadlines and be able to associate well with clients to ensure that the relocation process works to fit their requirements, but above all, be sensitive to their needs both personally and professionally.
