- Build Annual Training Plan/ Calendar and modify it as per HQ Request. - Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs included internal and external. - Scheduling Orientation Training for Newcomers (Company Introduction, Working Regulations, IT Policy, Working Culture,…) as well as other related training. - Working with training vendors on the training program, include HR admin tasks related. - Others job assigned by Managers.

- At least 1 years of experience as Training Staff. - Expertise in various training activities. - Excellence communication and presentation. - Good problem-solving skill, teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility. - Strong English and good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
