Mô Tả Công Việc

Job Profile Summary
1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.

Job Description:
Manage group key account south with products line:
- Deliver monthly/ quarterly Sales target via Joint Business Plan with allocated resources and coming product line-up planning
- Budget management: control allocated budget ratio with most effective schemes, control sell-in, sell-thru, sell-out
- Analyze the sales data, the competitor's information, handle and resolve issues
- Co-marketing & Promotion: budget management, planning with customer, in-store promotion deployment, channel marketing, floor-salesman incentive scheme.
- Build up strong Sales Fundamentals & Scorecard for evaluation (Sales growth, Sales Forecast, In-house share, Stock supply, Credit, Payment process & Operational issues)
- Managed strong Field Force team of Retail team leaders and product specialist in assigned customer stores.
- Worked closely with Samsung SCM, Logistics, PM, Marcom, RMCE, CS, and BM team for smooth and effective operation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Sales leader experience in electronic industry/FMCG for MT Key Account management
- Good Leadership skills - analytical and adaptability skills
- Good presentation & communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
- Hard working, careful and detail - oriented
- Ability to work individually or in team.
- Proficiency with MS Office, experience with SAP (desirable)
