Fullerton Healthcare Group is looking to expand its technical capabilities to enhance our service offerings and improve internal processes. There is ample opportunity to grow and learn with the deeply motivated team at Fullerton Healthcare Group.

We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in User Experience and User Interface design work for both web and mobile applications. UI/UX Designers responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. We believe that you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with mobile applications that is ready to be discussed on the interview.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, s and engineers
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate how the app function and look like.
• Design system-wise components (interface elements, like menus, tabs…)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Plan and conduct cross-functional (BA, PM, Engineering…) product strategy and implement to facilitate UX creation and ensure design output
• Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and conduct adjustments based on user feedback
• Create original graphic designs (e.g images, sketches and tables)
• Design videos to introduce upcoming mobile products
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 2 years of experiences in UX/UI Design preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Proven work experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Figma (Adobe Suite is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of video
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Good English written and oral proficiency
