Admission and Marketing:
· Propose targets, plans and organizing enrollment according to the College development plan and goals.
· Prepare the Business plan of the College (annual enrollment plan).
· Report business results as required by Imperial and international agencies.
· Perform tasks as assigned by Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
· Build strategies, marketing strategies for products, communication programs, company-oriented promotion.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the work progress and results.
· Be responsible for the content and form of information; Management of facilities system for communication.
· Plan, coordinate with Content Marketing to develop Online Marketing channels to ensure the KPI results.
· Deploying advertising campaigns and branding through Digital Marketing tools (SEO / SEM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social-Media, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing ...), including test deployments and evaluate the results.
· Know the specifications of each digital channel to optimize content, images and advertising quality.
· Organize internal newsletters, school publications; Records school activities and manages school media.
· Plan, implement and monitor advertising products and services of the school on online channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linked In, ...
· Management of the school's brand identity system.
Agents and Partnerships:
· Identify opportunities for business and revenue growth.
· Establish and maintain relationships with agents/partners.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust partnership strategies.
· Manage agents/partners accounts and act as the key point of contact from the College.
· Identify agents/partners demands and develop strategies to meet them.
· Find key personnel in agents/partners companies to establish profitable relationships.
· Approach potential customers to cultivate fruitful relationships. Support high-quality sales, supply and customer service operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams to achieve a high level of performance and exceed targets.
- Experienced in strategy setting, managing budgets, evaluating revenue proposals, and driving performance targets.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent cooperation abilities in different College departments, and a strong business acumen with uncompromising service standards.
- Excellent customer management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality major; Master degree will be preferred.
- At least 3 years working in international 4-5* Hotels.
- Working experiences in educational sector, especially Marketing and Recruitment.
- Foreign language: influent English with IELTS 6.5 and above or equivalence.
