Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures
Support Inventory & purchasing IT devices/ tools
Support onboard and exit process
Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support
Support maintenance Wired network and Wireless
Support monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules

Qualifications

Have basic English communication skill
Demonstrated interest and aptitude in IT Helpdesk and Support activities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated capacity for hard work, persistence and dedication to learning

Nice to have:

Have knowledge of Linux, or MacOS
Ability to communicate and to work with users
Sense of responsibility and autonomy
