POSITION OVERVIEW:

In SmartDev LLC, The Project Management Intern will support the Division Director & PMO team in managing ODC and internal projects, gaining hands-on experience across all project phases. Responsibilities include working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and potentially international clients. The intern will track timelines, support meetings, payment request, timesheet and contribute to process improvements, all while learning project management methodologies within Division.

*Note: This position requires candidates to work FULL-TIME ONSITE IN OUR HANOI OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project support & Coordination:

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of ODC and internal projects.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, resources, and potential risks.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and potentially international clients regarding project status and requirements.
• Assist in scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key decisions and action items.

2. Documentation & Analysis:

• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Conduct market research related to potential projects, emerging AI trends, competitor analysis, or specific client industries.

3. Process improvement & Administration:

• Contribute ideas for improving project management processes and workflows.
• Provide administrative support related to project activities as needed.
• Actively learn and apply project management methodologies and tools used within Division

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent English communication.
• Strong interest in project management and the Technology industry.
• Previous internship experience, especially in a project coordination, business analyst or tech-related role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Good knowledge using Microsoft office.

Nice-to-haves (Not required):

• Basic understanding of project management principles or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
