Job Description

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Your analytical insights will play a key role in developing strategic initiatives, guiding decision-making, and enhancing our team members' experience. Strong reporting skills are essential for this role, and experience with Power BI is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive reporting for total rewards programs, providing data-driven insights to support compensation and benefits strategies.
• Create, analyze, and maintain compensation and benefits metrics, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Monitor trends and best practices in the market to keep our total rewards programs relevant and impactful.
• Support annual compensation reviews, incentive plan modeling, and benefits renewals.
• Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation analysis, or a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, with strong skills in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, especially within total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and data management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
