This position will lead on the job (OTJ), technical training to designated SiC business unit(s) belonging to Coherent Vietnam to provide training-related support, coordination, administrative and delivering learning solutions to address operation training needs for Production Areas with a specific focus on providing OTJ, Technical training for direct labour employees and taking part in training-related projects to enhance the manufacturing performance through training solutions. This requires the co-ordination of the plant-wide level.

• TECHNICAL TRAINING – NEEDS ANALYSIS & SOLUTIONING DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY

1. Establish the foundation, library, build training program, facilitate training programs following training library and training process in collaboration with Functional Departments and Manufacturing Operations.
2. Provides appropriate solutions, actions, or corrective actions when the deviation is found in operations related to training area. Coordinates with the Engineering, Production, Quality team for problem-solving.
3. Provides training logistics arrangement and on-site/oversea support for plant-wide training programs and new product transferring
4. Acts as project team member for training activities, ensures all requirements are met and the smooth running of training sessions.
5. Utilizes various data collections tools and analytics to make improvements and recommend future enhancements for training solutions

• TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & DOCUMENTATION

1. Leads the administration of the daily operations of Training Management System including maintaining and improving the efficiency of training software, training database, training records and others.
2. Leads/supports/coordinates all training activities regarding the development of training processes, procedure or other documentations that supports the training process, namely: skillset, training forms, templates, training materials, training tools, training library, etc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management ,Technical Training and Education, or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of Training, education, learning & organisational development with the experience in managing Technical Training Program in a manufacturing organization (light industry) of implementing and supporting to deliver appropriate learning interventions and course contents for training programs is a plus.
• High proficiency in both English and Vietnamese. Chinese is advantages.
• Skilled at implementing and coordinating a full cycle of training process, from Training Needs Analysis, budgeting, implementation & delivery to evaluation, in support of company goals, especially for Production Training.
•  Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global-team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
• Excellent in MS Office, Visualization, Power BI or other digitalization software.
