- Answer and direct phone calls; Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Submit and reconcile reports
- Maintain internal systems (Datamyne)
- Order office supplies and research new suppliers
- Book travel arrangements
- Liaise with Administrative Assistant Supervisor to handle requests and queries from senior managers
* Might have to travel to Binh Duong 2~3 days per week (not all week) to support administative works. Vehicle & accomodation will be provided.
