1. Administration: formulate and administer the HR policy and procedures within the company, help Deputy HR Director to prepare budget for capex, administrative, training, employee relations, welfare and clinic requirements for administration, staff development and enhancement of staff morale.
2. Filing & record management: responsible for the proper maintenance of all employee’s files, maintain and upkeep all leave records of all employees to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared
3. Manpower planning: ensure effective utilization of manpower, timely recruitment of all staff, selection of right candidate for the job, screening, interviewing.
4. Induction & orientation: ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
5. Read, understand and regularly get updated on the labor law, social insurance, income tax and other government decrees pertaining to employment
6. Training & development: identify training needs, organize appropriate courses, cross exposure, performance standard training, follow up all docs related to training
7. To report any feedback or complaint from staff
8. Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the HR Manager / Management.
10. The employee also follow the Ascott Management: EHS (Environment – Health – Safety) Roles & Responsibilities:
a) Carry out their duties in accordance with company’s EHS Policy, procedures and work instructions;
b) Report EHS issues to their manager or head of department;
c) Be aware of the significant EHS risks, actual or potential of their work activities and the EHS benefits of improved personal performance;
d) Participate in the EHS programs established by the organization
