We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success. I. Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online visibility and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and conversion-focused content.
• Monitor website analytics and user behavior, making recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee social media strategy and presence, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and tools.
II. Job Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing positions, with a clear progression in responsibilities.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, particularly in the IT outsourcing industry.
• Exceptional proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search and Facebook.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising, showcasing the ability to leverage the platform effectively for brand promotion and lead generation.
• Extensive expertise in SEO best practices, with a demonstrated ability to optimize content for search engines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Familiarity with the intricacies of the US market, understanding trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) would be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
