We're searching for a driven and eager Junior Data Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City to join our team on a full-time basis for a high-impact project with a key client in the banking sector. WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Build efficient data pipelines: You'll be hands-on in developing and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SQL, BigQuery, and Airflow, ensuring data is delivered reliably and accurately for our banking client's project.
Collaborate on data warehousing solutions: You'll work alongside experienced data engineers to design and implement scalable data models within BigQuery, ensuring data consistency and integrity for insightful reporting and analysis.
Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills: You'll leverage your understanding of math and algorithms to tackle real-world data challenges, optimizing data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation: You'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of data engineering best practices, explore new technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure.Solid foundation in SQL: You're comfortable writing complex queries, understanding database structures, and optimizing query performance.
Familiarity with BigQuery: You have a basic understanding of BigQuery's architecture, capabilities, and best practices for data warehousing.
Eagerness to learn and work with Airflow: You're excited to dive into workflow orchestration, automating data pipelines, and ensuring their smooth operation.
Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills: You enjoy tackling data challenges, identifying patterns, and developing efficient solutions.
