Conduct outbound calls to the hot leads provided by company to actively promote and consult about lab test services/ Thực hiện cuộc gọi outbound đến khách hàng theo data có sẵn của công ty để chủ động tư vấn về các gói dịch vụ xét nghiệm.
Ensure KPIs regarding to sales revenue, number of successful calls and QA score (to be discussed during the interview process)/ Đảm bảo các KPI về doanh số, số lượng cuộc gọi và điểm QA (sẽ được trao đổi trong quá trình phỏng vấn)
Take care of new and existing customers to ensure customer's satisfaction and upsales/ Chăm sóc khách hàng mới và hiện tại để đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và khuyến khích khách hàng sử dụng thêm dịch vụ
Prepare the weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as per line manager's request/ Thực hiện các báo cáo về công việc theo tuần/ tháng/ quý theo sự yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp
Be able to work in shift, including late shift (from 13:00 to 22:00)/ Có thể làm việc theo ca, bao gồm cả ca tối (13:00 đến 22:00)
