Mô tả Công việc
Purpose & Scope:
- Responsible for the development and performance of commercial sales, primarily focusing on key accounts in FTL.
- Lead and manage the sales and business solutions (BS) teams to exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Advise the Business Unit (BU) Head on network expansion and seek business opportunities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Manage sales targets, including both individual and team performance, focusing on project management for key accounts (e.g., TTI, WN, AT, ITLBD).
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage internal and external customer complaints to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Management: Lead projects for FTL, including creating SOPs and reporting KPIs and performance updates.
- Human Resource Management: Focus on team succession planning, training, and turnover management.

- Willingness to work overtime and go on business trips.
- Participation in other projects as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales within the logistics field, with preference for experience in trucking operations.
- Proficiency in English, computer skills, and data analysis.
