The Documentation Executive role will be responsible for all documentation issues.
Handle export/ import shipments from/ to Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules; regulations externally as well as internally including SOP. Take care of customer service and documentation.
Check shipping instruction from shipper and create Bills of Lading in system. Do all request for amendment as per instruction from shipper.
Check again documents and send cargo manifest / freight manifest to PODs after vessel departs.
Check final loading list of each vessel in order to send loading confirmation to customers.
Check rate agreement, send debit note to customer for their payment and request accountant to issue invoice
Following with payment in order to make telex release / surrendered bill in time.
Update monthly export report to management / relevant departments
Update marketing person for the day of cargo arrival if payment is still not settled.
Solve any problem may happen to the cargoes until cargo to be released.
