Being part of a cross-functional and cross-locations People Team ("Domain Expertise Team") that develops and drives initiatives - across the employee lifecycle - tailored to the needs of our Tech Teams, to be rolled-out and maintained within the local hub Work proactively together with our global hub leadership team, driving cultural initiatives Closely work with management and employees to improve productivity and engagement Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce legal risks. Provide HR policy and procedure guidance including performance evaluation, succession planning, etc. Partner with the Universities and build up internship programs Monitor the HR-related metrics and identify the improvement opportunities Perform other related duties including C&B as assigned

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH 5+ years of working experience as HRBP in Technology sector (ideally in SAAS) Familiarity with dynamic tech work environments and agile methods Ability to deeply engage with our colleagues of all levels Strong competence in the moderation of critical dialogues Excellent knowledge of local labor law A structured, independent and goal-oriented working style Strong competence in the moderation of critical dialogues Fluency in English, spoken and written
