Job Description Recruitment planning and directly working with Hiring Managers & Head of HR for weekly updating the vacancies; Being in charge of full cycle of hiring process: o Drafting job descriptions and posting on recruiting channels & searching for suitable CVs; o Setting up and joining interviews to evaluate candidates' capacities and get well-understood team's requirements; o Keeping contact with candidates during recruitment process and for future reference; Ensuring good experience of candidates; o Negotiating and confirming job offer; o Guiding newcomers with orientation training and onboarding process; o Following the probation evaluation process; o Managing relevant paperwork of candidates and new staffs; Building and extending the networking for potential candidates; Weekly, quarterly and yearly reporting as required, analyzing and proposing to give solutions for improving recruitment performance; Connecting with Universities, job fairs, career events,... to support talent acquisition & employer's branding.Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment for marketing positions; Experienced in Digital Marketing, Digital Media or Creative advertising agencies; Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools; Excellent in communication and negotiation skills; Problem-solving, logical thinking, customer service mindset; Desire to work as a team with results driven approach.Benefits • 12 Annual Leaves + 1 Christmas day-off • Social Insurance (on 100% gross salary), PVI Insurance Card, Annual Medical Checkup • Group Policy Bonus: Birthday gift, Holiday gift (1/1, 1/5, 2/9, Tet) • Year-end Performance Bonus: based on business result and employee's performance • 13th month salary: fixed & prorated • Company Teambuilding, Training, Parties,...
