* In relation with Purchasing: In the case of buying parts

- Compiles the information and makes it available, then sends the purchase requisition to the Purchasing department.
Chuẩn bị thông tin và đảm bảo sẵn hàng cho việc mua hàng và gửi cho bộ phận mua hàng bằng phiếu mua hàng (Purchase requisition)
- Provide the deadline to buy supplies and parts for Purchasing department to follow to ensure the project progress.
Cung cấp thời gian cần của toàn bộ vật tư cần mua và bộ phận mua hàng sẽ làm theo để đảm bảo tiến độ dự án.
* In relation to Production
Trong mối liên hệ với bộ phận sản xuất
- Prepare the drawings, production information and Job list in the form of shop order.
Chuẩn bị bản vẽ, thông tin sản xuất và danh sách công việc cho bộ phận sản xuất theo các lệnh sản xuất.
- Provide full range of technical information and background to ensure on-time operation and progress.
Cung cấp đầy đủ các thông tin kỹ thuật và thông tin cơ bản để đảm bảo việc thi công của bộ phận sản xuất đúng hạn và đúng tiến độ.
- Send the Shop orders including deadline and essential information to complete for Production. This will serve as guideline for Production
Gửi các lệnh sản xuất bao gồm thời hạn hoàn thành và các thông tin cần thiết để hoàn thoàn công việc cho SX. Bộ phận SX sẽ đảm bảo công việc hoành thành theo lệnh sản xuất.
* In relation to Stores and Logistics
Trong mối liên hệ với bộ phận Kho và Logistics
- Make shop order with available information for Store and Logistics to receive and transfer goods to the production areas.
Chuẩn bị các lệnh sản xuất bao gồm thông tin phục vụ cho bộ phận kho và hậu cần nhận hàng và chuyển hàng đến khu vực phục vụ SX.
- Send information needed to Logistics to buy small parts.
Gửi các thông tin để bộ phận hậu cần đặt mua vật tư nhỏ.
* Functional
- Performs with minimum guidance for below tasks:
- Creating and maintaining production PBS
- Responsible for completeness and stability of template in terms of structure and content. (BOM, demand and shop orders)
- Responsible for the quality of the demand generated by templates: no demand in the past, alignment with the lead time, no latest order date in the past.
- Responsible for the standardization and quality of the shop orders content.
- Maintaining alignment between shop order planning and activity planning.
- Connect with Engineering and control the changes in production templates.
- Participate into the feedback loop and improve the quality of the templates
* Improvement
- Participate in the improvement of the process and his / her team performance

- Keep the workplace clean and in order
- Meet the "HSEQ Statement" and applicable safety regulations (including legal obligations)
