· Contact and negotiate with shipping lines and co-loaders to obtain the most competitive FCL/LCL (Import & Export) freight rates.

· Regularly update freight rate sheets for the sales team, relevant departments, and management.

· Coordinate with Sales, internal departments, and branches to develop competitive pricing strategies for large-volume shipments, special cargo, bidding projects, etc.

· Collect and summarize all rate inquiries from the Sales team, including the number of inquiries and requested trade lanes.

· Gather market intelligence and provide suggestions to optimize FCL/LCL freight selling strategies. Proactively build relationships with shipping lines to stay updated on market trends.

· Support internal teams in selecting appropriate service providers for customer shipments.

· Track and report the number of daily inquiries to the management.

· Monitor and report freight rate fluctuations to management through a consolidated rate report.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, co-loaders, and airlines to ensure competitive pricing.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, or a related field.

· Solid understanding of international shipping regulations.

· At least 3 years of experience in a Pricing position.

· Good at Microsoft office skill

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
