Job Responsibilities

• Sales System Administration: Oversee and maintain the sales system, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
• Report Generation: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales activities, performance metrics, and other key data.
• Expense Claims Support: Assist in processing and tracking expense claims
• Purchasing: Handle procurement of goods and services required for sales activities and events, managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms as needed.
• Event Sourcing: Research and source materials, equipment, and services for sales events and activations, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Associates on project, providing administrative support and coordinating activities as required.
• Other tasks require by manager.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Quick learner, meticulous, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and detail oriented.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with sales systems and reporting tools is preferred.
