1. Data insight and Analysis

• Collect and clean data on current operations including Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Production, and Quality.
• Gather data on each step within the supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs
• Translate Operation goals into measurable key performance indicators. Providing Operation Performance Insight (Control Tower): S (Safety) Q (Quality) C (Cost) D (Delivery) E (Engagement) to Operation Management team
• Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse as well as Supplier Performance Reports
• Review price of each material every 3 months to get up-to-date prices involving materials market price trends and actual purchase price trends and quotes from suppliers (Standard Cost Update).
• Development and maintenance of the control tool for Production Resource Planning (K-factor, Material) to meet Just-in-time Target As well as cost and cash optimization and Develop Scenario Analysis.
• Perform Data Audit and provide CAPA for any issue detected.

2. Business Process Improvement

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
• Plan and carry out projects: Shop Floor Data Capture, Warehouse Transformation
• Investigate process/ data and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
