- Provide support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity and Automation (E&A) professional and technical operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; ensuring that all MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while prioritizing people's health and safety, product safety, and environmental protection.

- Participate in Capital Investments projects in the factory to ensure technical solutions align with corporate and market standards, are delivered with expected quality, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include preparing user and technical specifications, coordinating user requirements, overseeing solution development, pre-testing, implementation, and training of operators and maintenance crews.

- Manage existing assets to ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment. Implement engineering tools at the site level and participate in M&I activities in the factory.

- Ensure that all MES-E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and quality standards. Keep key MES-E&A documentation up to date and in place. Manage modifications in MES-E&A solutions and ensure compliance with related legislation.

- Play a key role in the continuous improvement of factories through mastering process and product characteristics. Strive for quality, safety, and efficiency improvements while protecting technological know-how and competitive advantage.

- Collaborate with Factory Engineering, production, SH&E, QA, Engineering, and logistic teams internally. Build relationships with MES-E&A suppliers, market electricity providers, and automation system integrators externally.

- Demonstrate knowledge in food manufacturing processes, mechanical or electrical engineering background, hygienic engineering design for food plants, AutoCAD 2D/Inventor, project management, safety in design and construction/installation phase.

- Possess qualifications as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, English proficiency at an intermediate level, AutoCAD 2D/Inventor skills at an intermediate level, and Microsoft Office proficiency at an intermediate level.

- Apply core knowledge of Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, project management accreditation, engineering and manufacturing principles, Nestlé Leadership Principles, and Group organization. Hold a degree/diploma in an Engineering discipline and have expertise in Nestlé product and process technologies, financial analysis, food plant principles, Nestlé SHE standards, quality, regulatory, IP, and business standards.

- Demonstrate functional competencies related to understanding the business environment, practicing what you preach, results focus, proactive cooperation, and initiative.

- Manufacturing project management: 02 years experience in capital investment project development and implementation in food industry.

- Determination of methods to minimise the likelihood of injuries or damage to people and/or equipment (SH&E)

- Factory operations (as required)

- Knowledge of Idea to Launch(I2L) mindset and ways of working based on available online trainings and workshops

- Knowledge in food manufacturing processes: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background

- Basic knowledge of food process equipment and components

- Basic knowledge of hygienic engineering design for food plant

- Ability to work with drawings AutoCAD 2D/Inventor

- Basic knowledge on project management, project foundation

- Have Knowledge on safety in design and construction/installation phase.

- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

- English Skill at minimum Intermediate Level

- AutoCAD 2D/Inventor at intermediate level

- Microsoft Office at intermediate level
