We are looking for an Android Leader who is passionate about technology and constantly seeks ways to improve products—making them better, faster, and more user-friendly. You will be responsible for leading the Android development team from concept to delivery, ensuring the product aligns with our overall strategy and meets user needs.

• App Development: Design, build, and optimize high-quality Android features and applications.
• Project Management: Track progress, ensure the app meets requirements, and deliver on time.
• Technology Upgrades: Research and apply new trends to improve development processes.
• Code Review & Mentoring: Maintain code quality and support team members' growth.

• 4+ years of experience in Android development, including 1+ year in a team leadership role.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK.
• Strong knowledge of Unit Test, UI Test, and Clean Code principles.
• Experience with Threading, Handler, RxJava, Coroutines, and scheduling techniques.
• Familiar with Android patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Android Architecture Components.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Firebase services (FCM, Cloud Storage, Realtime Database).
