We are looking for a HR Level Middle in Da Nang to support our recruitment efforts and HR operations. You'll work closely with the HR team in Da Nang & Ha Noi and hiring managers to attract top talents, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates.
• HR Admin Support: Assist with recruitment documentation, contracts, and HR processes.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen Lutech’s presence in the job market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in tech/startups.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment strategies.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, hiring processes, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Based in Da Nang.
