Mô tả công việc

- Manage requirements: Gather, analyze project requirements from the client; Track changes in requirements and update relevant documentation; Ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the development team as well as easily referenceable and searchable by teams.
- Facilitate Meetings: organize and lead meetings between the client and the development team; Ensure that all parties understand the discussion points and decisions made; Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet the client's requirements and standards; Conduct verification and provide feedback to the development team.
- Internal Communication & Support: Provide real-time requirement explanations to the team; Attend team meetings to stay updated; Bridge cultural differences to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; Educate the team about cultural norms and business practices of the client.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BS., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is required.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Experience in Java, Spring Boot, JSP/Angular, PostgreSQL.
- Have knowledge about Software Development Process, Object Orient Programming, etc.
- Good at logical thinking and analysis.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
- High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Energy domain is a plus.
