Mô tả Công việc
- Marketplace Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored for Shopee.
- Ensure all product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales.
- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to expand the program.
- Monitor affiliate performance, provide support, and ensure compliance with program policies.
- Create and distribute marketing materials and resources for affiliates.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketplace and affiliate activities with overall business goals.
- Align with Shopee account managers and other external partners to enhance our marketplace presence and resolve any issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Qualification
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably on Shopee.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualification
- Proficient in using e-commerce and marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
