Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Store Manager (Fashion):

Stock & Sales Management:

• Ensure effective order replenishment and compliance with company guidelines.
• Support the Store Director with commercial tools and drive sales for improved performance.
• Manage product availability and stockroom organization, including online storage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee RFID systems.

Product/Commercial/Visual Management:

• Merchandise shop floor layout according to company standards.
• Analyze business data to inform decisions and plan commercial activities.
• Collaborate on best RFID practices and manage product levels.

Customer Service:

• Uphold customer service standards and lead by example.
• Address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Train the team on customer service and return policies.

Store Procedures:

• Oversee delivery processes and stocktaking.
• Assist the Store Director with security and health & safety compliance.

People Management:

• Drive exceptional service and manage team training.
• Prepare rotas and plan staff meetings; assist with recruitment.
• Support policy implementation and hours management.

Health & Safety:

• Maintain store safety and housekeeping standards.
• Promote safe work practices and awareness of health risks.

• Gender: Female; Age: under 32 years old
• Graduated from university above
• Having 1-5 years of experience in a Store Manager position in fashion retail or global F&B.
• Fluent in English.
• Have management experience
