The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing and monitoring HR’s operational risk controls to ensure compliance with the laws and the Bank’s policies & processes.
In charge of the annual risk assessment exercises of HR.
Manage outsourcing and non-outsourcing’s HR vendors from onboarding until ending services to ensure the quality of vendors and compliance with the Bank’s polices & processes.
Manage HR internal audits as well as all other external audit activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor all action plans arising from audits, inspections, and self-assessment exercises to ensure they are completed on time.
Act as Business Continuity Management Coordinator.
Work with Country Compliance on Government reporting to ensure reports submitted to the authorities on time.
Formalize, localize, enhance, and establish policies & processes & check lists for HR to ensure efficient working.
Participate in other HR projects as assigned by line manager.
