Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Hanoi. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with recruitment processes, maintain HR records and documents, and manage the daily operation of HR procedures. Responsibilities include benefits administration, employee onboarding, assisting with HRIS-related tasks, and coordinating employee training sessions. The role will also involve addressing staff inquiries and supporting HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Skills in HR Management and Benefits Administration
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Ability to assist in employee Training and development initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Vietnam is advantageous
