Lixil is hiring for Senior Executive Logistics and Warehouse APAC .
Job Description:
- Initiate the projects to simplify/ improve/ change the operations of Logistics & Warehouse towards the direction of Continuous Excellence and cost savings.
- Co-ordinate with concerned parties to analysis, set the action plans, daily tracking and follow up in terms of Logistics Warehouse issues
- Support daily operations in the logistics and warehouse field, ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound activities, inventory management, and timely delivery processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for manager review.
- Prepare slides for Logistics & WH meetings on a weekly/monthly basis and take meeting memo when required.
- Support implementation S4Hana Project including designed test cases, to do test implemented processes, develop user manuals, support training and post-go-live …etc
- Lead specific project-based tasks on request.
Job requirements
- Language: Must be fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal communication ability
- Logical and systematic approach to work
- SAP experience in the logistics/warehouse field is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft office software and good at Excel/ Google sheet
- Open minded & embrace changes, Take challenges
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions
- Over 3 years’ experience in the logistics field
