2. Ensure Vendor Creation Form is creating correctly and properly documented with sufficient information required. (eg. Business Certification, Tax Code)
3. Key quotations in system, allocate prices correctly and select best price and best practice at all time.
4. Sourcing product and services as per required by superior, and able to make recommendation.
5. Filing PO and purchasing document in orderly. Ease to track and follow up.
6. Work closely with Finance in case of supplier follows payment and in professional manner.
7. Assist in preparing Purchase Request for regular replenishment in accordance with the established par stock levels. Assist users in reviewing such par stock levels and make recommendations for any changes and modifications to suit operational requirements and ensure more efficient operations.
8. Assist in preparing for monthly storeroom inventory by arranging items in an orderly fashion to facilitate stock take and count. Assist the Inventory Control Supervisor in conducting the stock take.
9. Maintain accurate record of all quotation items and a proper filling of records related to receipts and issuances of goods.
10. Key in the quote into Check SCM system. Maintain the almost expired quotations by doing copy quote. Preparing the hard copy of quotations to be signed by chief accountant.
11. Follow up delivery of Purchase Orders.
12. Ensure that users receive correct items at best price at the right time.
13. Able to train new SCM users to know how to use system.
14. Ensure working area is clean and orderly at all time.
15. Assists the management with tasks as and when required
16. Support officer to solve problem & report to Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
- Good knowledge in civil engineering Construction and technical materials.
- Ability to perform clerical duties
- Strong administration skills
- English communication
