- Brand & Marketing Execution
- Assist in planning and implementing branding and marketing campaigns for Phoenix Golf & Resort.
- Coordinate promotional activities for golf services, tournaments, membership programs, and F&B outlets.
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Manage and update social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) following brand guidelines.
- Create and adapt marketing content: copywriting, captions, newsletters, website updates, promotional materials.
- Support photo/video production: coordination, briefing, reviewing, and managing marketing assets.
- PR, Events & Communication
- Support PR activities: work with media partners, manage press lists, and track media coverage.
- Assist in organizing golf tournaments, corporate events and resort promotions.
- Prepare event recaps, marketing reports, and communication materials.
- Performance Tracking
- Collect and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) for digital campaigns.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across golf and hospitality services.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in marketing for hospitality, golf or luxury lifestyle preferred.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content production.
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
