PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Be responsible for organizational layout and skill set and make the necessary changes in order to achieve operation excellence across all area of the organization. Ensure total customer satisfaction by continuous process improvement in areas such as QC/QA, OTD, Cost control and Production Engineering. To establish a culture that fosters the continuous drive to excellence across all level of the organization.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the strategic direction, people, P&L, manufacturing operations.
- Working with clients and assuring that the product development cycles meet their criteria.
- To evaluate manufacturing operations, plant and equipment, and make recommendations for improvements, and any necessary requirements to cope with new business and planned growth.
- Drive ramp readiness with engineering and manufacturing team.
- Continually monitor department KPI’s, setting aggressive stretch targets for the facility to achieve.
- Aggressively pursue new quality initiatives as well as making sure that the plant is maintaining a high quality level.
- Ensure that necessary cost reduction programs are successfully implemented.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years in manufacturing management with rich knowledge of Connectors and Cable Assemblies.
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering and new product introduction.
- University degrees in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Science or Engineering Management.
- Has a proven track record of building manufacturing organizations.

Thường xuyên phải đi công trình, làm việc ngoài hiện trường kết hợp văn phòng.
