As the IDC Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of the infrastructure and security systems within our data center. Your primary duties include:

Server/Network Equipment Operation and Management

• Oversee the daily operation of server and network equipment within the data center, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Application Monitoring & Log Inspection, Backup Management

• Monitor key applications, conduct log inspections, and ensure proper backup processes to maintain system integrity and performance.

Integrated Monitoring and Control System Operations

• Manage and operate an integrated monitoring system to ensure the smooth and secure functioning of the data center, identifying issues proactively.

Data Center Facility Operations

• Manage and maintain the physical infrastructure of the data center, ensuring power, cooling, and space utilization are optimized.

Security Equipment and Solutions Management

• Oversee the management of security devices and solutions, including firewalls, access control systems, and other measures to ensure the security of the data center.

Security Group Diagnosis, Technical Support, and Proposal Creation

• Conduct security assessments, provide technical support, and develop proposals to improve security measures and solutions.

Requirements:

• Open for Korean Expat

Experience:

• Solid experience in managing and operating server infrastructure, networking systems, and data center operations.
• Proven experience with security devices such as firewalls, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience in monitoring applications, performing log inspections, and managing backup processes to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Previous experience in managing or operating an IDC center is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with integrated monitoring systems and incident management within a data center environment.

Skills:

• Security Management: In-depth knowledge of security solutions, including firewalls, access control systems, and security protocols to safeguard data and physical infrastructure.
• Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to manage and optimize data center facilities, including power, cooling, and space management, to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation, including security assessments, monitoring reports, and proposals for system improvements.
• Incident Management: Experience in conducting security assessments, providing technical support, and diagnosing issues, with the ability to manage incident response and propose timely solutions.
• Communication: (Preferred) Proficiency in English for clear communication with internal teams and international stakeholders.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team, manage cross-functional collaboration, and guide team members in complex technical situations.
