We are looking for a Backend Engineer (NodeJS/NestJS) to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career - not just as a coder, but as a product builder.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Develop new systems and enhance or maintain existing applications to align with business objectives
- Responsible for programming, problem resolution, and ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team members in Germany to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Develop and implement backend features using Agile Scrum Methodology, including refactoring as business requirements change
- Implement software solutions with a focus on automation testing and using cutting-edge tools and libraries
- Continuously enhance skills through extensive technical reading, sharing knowledge via coaching sessions and presentations
- Write optimized, high-quality, and reusable code
- Support the Lead Backend Developer in guiding junior and fresher team members
- Prepare technical documentation
- Have 3+ years of experience in NodeJS, TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Nestjs framework
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM)
- Familiarity with Redis for caching data from the SAP system
- Understanding of Swagger (OpenAPI Specification) for API documentation
- Experience with CI/CD setup and maintenance
- You understand and know how to prioritize your tasks with a problem-solving mindset
- You don't take things personally and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
- You don't wait for others to tell you what you need to do but proactively reach out to people, communicate, ask for help, and get things done
- You feel comfortable communicating in the English language
- Have some experience with cloud public providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Node.js thực tập là chương trình dành cho sinh viên hoặc người mới học lập trình backend muốn trải nghiệm môi trường làm việc thực tế với nền tảng Node.js.
Các vị trí phổ biến gồm: thực tập sinh backend, thực tập lập trình viên Node.js, thực tập full-stack (Node.js + frontend), hỗ trợ phát triển API. Yêu cầu thường là biết JavaScript, hiểu về Express.js, RESTful API, MongoDB hoặc MySQL.
Mức lương dao động từ 1 – 5 triệu/tháng, một số công ty hỗ trợ thêm phụ cấp ăn trưa, gửi xe.
Một số công ty cho làm không lương kèm đào tạo kỹ năng. Các nơi hay tuyển gồm startup công nghệ, công ty outsourcing như NashTech, TMA, Axon Active, FPT Software, hoặc các team phát triển nội bộ.
