- Organize the resource of team to perform daily operation relevant to inquiries, samples receipt/ dispatch, test reports, debt collection, etc.
- Coordinate with Sales to approach clients for generating revenue/ profit
- Support line supervisor for handling both internal and external complaints relating CS issues and support to reply to clients on time for complaints relating operation
- Propose and review training needs and implement training as plan of team - Working with lab supervisors for ensuring all job complete ontime to client
- Review all test report before sending them to client
- Undertake any other duties relevant to CS/report of Lab when deemed as appropriate by Line Supervisor (or higher level)
